My golden orb cooler for my Cel II 566 FC
is running at 4420 rpm, is this normal ?
My old no name fan was at 5600 or so.

That generic was a fast one. Some smaller less complex heatsinks use powerfull fans to make up the difference. I just checked Thermaltake and it is rated as 4500 as spec.

I've got the Golden Orb on an A7V and it shows 4891 rpm.
