i bought a 3-pin to 4-pin Adapter Cable, cause i heard that when you connect a HIGH performance cpu fan to your mobo the mobo socked might get fried after a while cause of high power intacke.
When i connect my fan now with the adapter will it always run at full RPM?????? (would be nice!!!)

Yeah, unless it has some sort of built in sensor that controls it's RPM. 3400+... WOOT!!!!
