NetZero no longer works for me

It hasn't worked since the start of the new year. Are they requiring new software to enforce their 40 hour/month rule?

They do indeed have new software. You should have been directed to it automatically just by signing on (unless of course you've altered that process somehow).

Its working fine for me! I will try everything to avoid the 40hour limit! I been having a lot of trouble connecting tho and i had to drop a few servers from the list http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif I got 3 more servers that i can connect too. i used to have like 7. I am getting worried tho. i may have too go with bluelight and i cant....get rid of the.... well you know

you done have to worry about netzero at all they will be here for a long time to come if you are having trouble with I sure I will be able to help you out a little what do you get when you try logging on .If it is take a bit to get on it is trying to update your software to the new version of there software
and it will do a auto update as soon as it sees your profile and S/W version you are useing

If ur using ZoneAlarm, try disabling it untill you get on-line
