ECS K7S5A will not boot up hard drive or floppy. I have cheched everything and replaced all cables.I have new PC2100 memory and cpu althon xp 1600+ with a 400 watt power supply. Cd rom will come on and spin but not the HD or FD. there is nothing on the monitor.

Reseat your video card firmly. If you can use other memory, do so to test the viability of the motherboard.

It's best to test the board with only the CPU, memory, video card, monitor, keyboard and floppy at first.

I have done all of that and still nothing. I have cleared the CMOS and nothing.

How does that work if you can't get into the BIOS.

You clear CMOS with a jumper on most boards. Some of the newer ones lack this feature, which I think is a mistake.

An ex-Texan, eh? How's Kentucky? Greener, I bet. ;)
