the better heatsink?

which in ur opinion is the better heatsink?

1.) Swiftech MCX462

2.) Alpha PAL8045 with something like a Delta

or would the Swiftech MCXC370 be better if i'm on a budget?

Since there are a few options that all cool pretty darn good, and assuming nearly equivalent cooling performance, what is most important to you?
Cost
Noise (lack of)
Ease of Installation (The PAL8045 requires the mobo be removed to install)
etc.

Decide what is your primary driver or feature... that should help you choose.

PS: I'm real partial to the Thwermalright AX-7... paired up with the Sunon 80mm/3900rpm/50cfm fan. It's relatively quiet, and excellent cooler (9°C cooler than my old Thermalright SK6 with the 60mm BlackDelta 7000rpm "screamer"). Uses clip, so you don't need to remove the mobo.
