I have adelphia 2 way cable, my download is excellent reaching max speeds of 600kb but average around 400kb, however my upload speed doesn't seem to go past 35kb, averaging around 30 for the most part. I know I can't increase upload by that much since the cable provider designed the service to have higher download and slower upload speeds. But is there anyone to increase upload, even slightly?

LOL, I must have some serious problems then, I have adelphia, I'm at 2700 down, 120 up! I would like to know also. What os are you surrently running? the 2700 down isn't a typo.

I'm running win 2000, had to add this before achieving the current speed. The site has tweaks for other win os too.

site says:

Upload Speed
Your upload speed (sending to a remote host) will be limited by your Internet connection, network path, and remote host. It may also be limited by capping (see "How the Upstream Cap can affect Downstream Speed"). It is not limited by settings you can adjust; i.e., there is no adjustment that you can use to increase upload speed.
