I am getting mail from shepard_7@cs.com and other email addresses that I can not reply to nor cancel out of subscription. Not that I ever signed up for this cra*. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

It's never a good idea to try to unsubscribe to e-mail from anyone other than a known entity. Those unsubscribe links in spam are usually a way to tell the spammer that you are really out there. Up to that point, it was a guess. Now he can sell your address to others and spam will likely increase. :(

If your using OutLook Exspress use the message rules section to block Email you don't want.

1st Highlight the spam > Tools > Message Rules > Mail > configure it to your liking!
