Sygate Firewall reveals mysterious applications

After installing the Sygate Firewall, it questioned the right of every application attempting to access the internet. I authorized the obvious ones, namely, NETSCAPE and REALPLAY. I denied access to two other applications I am not familiar with. These are AMHELPER.EXE and ACCESS~1.EXE

Can anybody tell me what is the function of these applications and whether or not they should be granted internet access?
