Phony A+ Logo????

I noticed at CompUSA near the tech repair shop and on several of their brochures a phony looking A+ certified logo. Upon further scrutiny it reads, "ABCD MicroComputer Industry" (and of course does not even look like CompTIA's A+ Logo)????
I thought CompTIA was the A+ Certification.
Is this false or misleading representation??
Anybody care to shed light on this?

The A+ and Network+ certification is sponsored by CompTIA, which is the Computing Technology Industry Association (formerly ABCD: The Microcomputer Industry Association).

So it looks like they just have the OLD style logo still on their signage (sp)
