What's a good sharewear that converts from hex to binary and back? I have this file that I can open in hex editor but I need it to be a .bin file. Properties of the file don't show anything. But it opens just like other BIN files in HEX viewers, but I need it as a .bin file. I tried just renaming and it doesn't work.
