ISP FOR WIN 3.1?

Anyone know of any free internet service for use on Win 3.1? I finally got my 486 working for an elderly gentleman. Thx!

I have never used a free isp for a 486. have used my pay one for testing systems ect.

have you tried doing a search for free ips's <A HREF="http://isp-for-free.com/isp/World/index.html" TARGET=_blank>http://isp-for-free.com/isp/World/index.html</A>
and looked at the systems requirements?? I know most want 95 with a 90 cpu

I set my mother up with AOL for her 486/win3.1 machine. Its perfect for her. Thats about the only time I'd recommend AOL. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif (no offense to Anyone using aol)

I'll look into those free sources, Gene. Even a low-pay net service that will run on a 3.1 platform would be great.

Steve, with no CD-ROM on this box, is there a disk versions (3.5") of AOL available for 3.1? (I'd add a CD-ROM, but this mobo requires an expansion board for one.)
