I found Hidden Settings in windows 98!!!!

This is it! This is why windows 98 is so crappy! This little Hidden settings Properties is where i can edit everything!

To get here just go too Start-Settings-Taskbar and start Menu Settings and type this code... (including dashes)

Thanks you for the kind words I will most likely make up more jokes like this in the future. also I did this with...PAINT thats right PAINT the littlw proggy that windows comes with. Its a very simple program and i can get to every ixel there is. if you look close enough at the check boxs there all in line perfectly they are not one pixel to the left or on pixel to the right. also I tried to replicate the windows font by size.
