Duron VS TBird

Was curious here. If anyone had firsthand experience with both a Duron AND an TBird Athlon.

I'm going to build a new machine [done by mid Feb. (hopefully by mid Jan!)] and was wondering how much of a performance spread between the two - balanced by the cost difference.

Anyway, if you can help me out, please post.

Maximum 10% difference in overall system performance. Duron will do fine for games, while T-Bird adviced for video editing/Photoshop/etc ...
