This is a practically new Thermaltake Dragon Orb 478. I used it for three weeks, my temps were 33C at idle and 39C full load. Everything is included with this even original package.
Again comes with everything that was originally in package(heatsink, fan, 3-4 pin pass through connector, thermal grease and case badge).
