Drogo Bulge of Hobbiton!

I had some fun with it, though, and typed in some names of ex-girlfriends:

Bella Maggot
Marigold Loamsdown
Berylla Bracegirdle of Hardbottle

I *LOVE* Bella Maggot!!!!

does that mean I'm related to Bizkitkid? Nah. It means that both of your last names starts and ends with the same letter.

ex. Brown, Boon. <-- These should result in the same thing.

It takes the first and last letter of each name then, based on a character set, expresses those letters as a two-digit key which maps to the index of a particular Hobbit name.
