I have heard that Microsoft IE5 uses some of the tequniques used by TweakDUN and therefore it is not worth using TweakDUN to speed up web browsing using IE5, is this true?
Does anyone have any results to confirm or disprove this?

I read where IE5 does adjust MTU based on connection type. Maybe so...
