I have one of those cases where the power supply is on its side and was wondering will the slotket adapter fit without the power supply blocking it.

Axel 12-28-2000, 01:23 PM that is going to depend on the footprint of the motherboard you put into the unit.... couldn't say for sure without seeing both the case and the intended motherboard - and then I'd want to be there to measure it myself..... Worst case - get out a drill - and "relocate" the powersupply - there isn't any rule on where it goes as long as it's there somewhere and the fan isn't obstructed.... There's also nothing too sacred about the metal box the powersupply is in - if it is in the way - "alter" that to what you need - just don't restrict the airflow too much doing any of these things. - that or add a few case fans which is always a good idea regardless....
