The manual is here: http://www.soyo.com.tw/cgi-bin/prodinfo.exe?track=regular&board586=5EMA%20Family&manual=1

You may need to raise the fsb on this mobo because, while I know there is a 6x multiplier, I cannot remember if there is a 5.5x multiplier. It has been a while since I used it and I only had 450's (k6-2 and k6-3 not plus versions though). Be sure to get better-than-retail cooling for it before you begin the overclock. You can get it here: www.millisec.com (http://www.millisec.com)

Good luck
Dave

I have a rig with the same setup. I had absolutely NO luck cranking it up to 550. I think that this chip is pushed as far as it will go. I tried upping voltage, new BIOS, different video cards, different RAM..I even removed every card xcept for a vid. Nada.Hope you have better luck than me...steve
