vcd player

I am having troubles playing some vcd on my pc.Some vcd works on my computer normally ,but some don't.However these vcd work properly on my Panasonic VCD player.
On the computer i get the message error when i try to play them,Even at my neighbours place ,its the same problem.Could you please help.Is there a file miising,.Please help me
