OuTpaTienT 12-27-2000, 11:46 PM Whichever one holds all your computer parts together. I dunno. Personally I see absolutely nothing special about any case on the market (excluding custom one-of-a-kind jobs). And I certainly see no reason to fork over extra money for silly modifications. If you want a super cool turbine wind-tunnel case...then just buy an average, inexpensive case and stratigically place any number of additional fans that you wish. Or if you want an awesome looking art deco case...then just buy an average, inexpensive case and paint it, or cover it with some exotic faberic, or make a cool design in it buy drilling a series of holes in the cover then install colored neon lights on the inside......or get REALLY crazy... But I know many people are going to chime in here and swear that the case they paid too much for is really worth it. And if you want some specific customizations in a case and you don't have the time to do it yourself or you just don't want to do it, them maybe it IS worth the extra cost to some people. If you haven't noticed...I'm NOT one of those people. 8^) Szech 12-27-2000, 11:58 PM Danny? Is that you? Well either way, from the looks of your profile, you are doing some market research. For me, I like the clear cases that have come out recently. If you want to customize them a bit, your company can put in LEDs, so that they light up the parts inside the computer when it's on. Anyway, to be honest, most of the people here are more concerned with performance than looks. I can tell you exactly how to keep the case cool and performing well, and which heatsink/fan to buy, but I don't know much about what pretty cases are out there. Here's a link you might find useful though: http://www.virtualhideout.net/cool_case/index.shtml AuraEdge 12-28-2000, 01:58 AM Thats funny...I got some spam in my mail box from a chris@hansansystems.com just today, advertising cases at www.hansansystems.com (http://www.hansansystems.com) Im assuming it was spam because I wasnt signed up for any such mailing list. OuTpaTienT 12-28-2000, 04:37 AM But what's really is that I just got some spam after replying to this message. But wait, there's more... The hilarious aspect to this little story is that after replying to this message I checked HansanSystems' profile and also went to the web site he has listed as his home page. I looked around the site, but didn't put 2'n'2 together yet. then... I check my email an hour or so later and there's some lovely spam...with a link to...yup, you guessed it, the very same "home page" of this moron. He's just not all that bright is he? I might have actually steered someone his way had he not spammed me. But now he has insured that I (and everyone I can possibly influence) will never even think about purchasing anything he has to sell. Geez, who am I kidding? He's a spammer, of course he's a few geese short of a gaggle. I think he's just beggin' for a few ANTI-HansanSystems web sites to start springing up...ya think? socalgal 12-28-2000, 07:39 AM HansanSystems I warned you last night when you registered to this board. This account is also disabled, along with your "Reseller Rater" handle. How dare you spam our members when they are offering to help you. I highly suggest you don't come around here again, do NOT spam our members. You're not welcome here. I suggest anyone getting spammed by this punk to report him to your ISP.
