camera port

Is a digital camera port 5 1/4 inch? I am gonna take it out to put in a cdrw, do you think it will work?

I think you have some things mixed up a bit. Your 5 1/4 I gather is for an old style floppy which was a 5 and a quarter inch floppy disk drive.

As far as associating this with any kind of a port, I have never heard of a external 5 1/4 Floppy Disk Drive?

Some digital camera's use serial ports for the hook up and lots use USB hook up.

Would you like to refraize the question a bit or am I missing something staying up this late again.
