Seems to be a Zenith:
http://www.zdsparts.com/boards.htm
found with # E139761 the model isn't shown though which I think is the second # ,but look at the page as it has some pictures and lists the CPU and chipsets used by the models there.
They have manuals for some.
the main page is :
http://www.zdsparts.com/
Then you would compare on your board.
Or another way would be to go to:

http://www.motherboards.org/moboidtools.html
Download the ctbios ver 1.3 program. Then run it.At the bootom of the program it will tell you the bios and maker of the board for sure as well as the chipset.
I know nothing about zenith.Chances are the motherboard was made by another company, or different versions were made and sold under other names.

I had the same problem recently - its a lot easier if you can boot the board (which I know is risky because you don't have the CPU jumper settings). The BIOS string (the number & letters at the of the memory count string) can be used to get the manufacturer without too much hassle.
