I don't know if you've heard of it, but in the United States, there is a show called 'The Tonight Show'. It airs every week night and has a "Headlines" feature (I think it's each Monday or Wednesday night).

Anyway, it is comprised of clips from newspapers just like the one you found. Send in a copy of it, just for the heck of it.
