Hello! I hope someone can solve my problem. First of all, this is the first computer I have assembled I chose a Biostar M7Mia-R and a Directron Aluminum case with front USB ports. My problem is as follows: The case has a cable running from the front of the box marked as follows; 3.GND(GND.3), 2.VCC(BROWN), 2.D- AND 2.D+(YELLOW AND BLUE), 2.GND(ORANGE), 1.GND(BLACK), 1.D+ AND 1.D-(GRENN AND WHITE), 1.VCC(RED). My motherboard has a front USB header marked JUSB2. I assume that I hook the above wires to this JUSB2. The JUSB2 is pinned as follows:
1.+5V(fused), 2. NC, 3. USBP2-, 4. Ground, 5. USBP+, 6. USBP3+,
7. Ground, 8. USBP3-, 9. NC, 10. +5V(fused). My case has a total of ninepins, two of which are doubles and the motherboard has a total of ten pins. I have contacted Directron but I have never received help. I have emailed Biostar many weeks ago and still am waiting for a response. I would very grateful if someone could please explain the correct connection. Thank you.
Best regards,
Tim
