Minor Video Card Problem

I recently started using an ATI Rage Fury Card in my machine and when I play DVD's or occasionally right click something it leaves a picture of the cursor on the screen. Anyone ever had this problem or know how to fix it?

1. Upgrade video drivers.
2. Don't use ATI's DVD player, it's bad, use PowerDVD instead, best I know (and use).
