Does anyone know where I could find one of these for case fans, if they even exist? If you're not sure what I mean, it is a fan whose blades are not evenly spaced and specially balanced. Look at the radiator fan inside a Jaguar to see what I mean. These offset-blades prevent a continuous pattern of air flow from happening, thus reducing noise. If you notice, all fans have an odd number of blades, this makes them a bit quieter but there is still a pattern every 3 rotations. So...anyone seen anything like that? The blades would actually look crooked and screwed up.

I have not seen anything like that in the pc cooling world. There are specialty fans that run quieter than the norm, most cooling sites have any number of these listed.

Yeah, I've seen some fans that claim to run quieter, but the trade off is the RPM. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif
