Mobo needs?

I bought a Duron 950 mhz proc and mobo and built my own pc. prob came when i went 2 O/C and found it impossible as the mobo was useless... Rather than buying a faster Proc i've decided that i will buy a new mobo instead, i would like XP capabilities and DDR ram but it has to be good at O/Cing so i can crank up my Duron....

abit KG7 is a good mobo fro OCing and would fit a duron 950 well, though it needs DDR ram, no SDR option I don't think :(
