 I have an Acer CD/RW and I have no problem burning cd to cd but when I pick a file from my own music and burn them, there is a loud POP between each song. I have tried three different kinds of software and the results are the same. I would like to get this CD made but anyone who listens to it will get a big surprise at the end of each song that will scare the H out of them. :D
What are the writing speed? Have you tried lowering the speed to see if that helps? sometimes it helps alot just by dropping the write speed

If you are using Roxio's Easy CD Creator, try recording the Disc-At-Once, so there isn't a two to three second gap between recording songs. That might help. But, if you are using some other CD burning program, try and see if they have a option like that.
