I have a WD udma66 hd with two partitions. W98SE on C, would like to put WME on D. Is this possible? Haven"t read much about dual booting. Just wondering if it would work? If so what is the best way to go about it? Thanks for replys.

Yeah it should work, I have Win98SE and Linux running on my box and the dual boot works just fine.
Why do you want ME on there? It's full of bugs still.

Got it for christmas, so I thought I might try it. Some people have trouble with it, and some dont. Just thought I would try it.

It won't work with 2 versions of Windows 9.x or ME without a boot manager program. The reason being that these versions will always write some files onto the C partition no matter were you install the actual operating system.
If you were to install ME onto "D", the boot files for Win-98 would be overwritten and you would never be able to boot into 98.

Linux, Win-2000, or NT can do this without a boot manager but not '98 and ME.
