Here is a good tester called "DocMemory".
Go down the very bottom of the page were it says download free version. http://www.simmtester.com/PAGE/products/doc/docinfo.asp

memtest is another one...I don't know where off the net I got it from originally but you can down load from my site for a while. It is freeware. (or search for memtest.zip on the net)
