What is softFSB? I am assuming it is software that allows you to adjust the fsb from the operating system? yes/no? Shent 03-31-2002, 06:12 PM yep newclockr 04-01-2002, 02:18 AM davidwildman Would you mind sending me a copy of softfsb? H.Oda's site no longer provides/supports it. I've been looking everywhere (even a post here in Sysopt). r_langerud@prodigy.net Thanks! Shent 04-01-2002, 02:38 AM Wpcredit is another one. namrak 04-02-2002, 09:07 PM SoftFSB is one of those utilities that work great, if you're motherboard is supported. Another popular frontside tweaking utility is CPUCool. Unfortunately, I'm not one of the lucky ones as my particular Intel SE440BX motherboard has a particular pll number that is not supported and so no overclocking is possible. :( The only thing I can overclock now is the video card. The utility is actually a very small download. You can do a search on Google for "SoftFSB" and you'll come up with a bunch of links like this one. (http://www.3dcenter.de/downloads/softfsb.php) Here's the link to CPUCool (http://www.podien.onlinehome.de/CPUCOOL.HTM) G'luck! SysOpt.com
