Can a person make a "autorun.inf" document to put on a CD that you burn to have a person's default browser open a html page?
I want to do this for a cookbook my wife has made and that we burn to cd's. Hopefully you'll understand what I mean. Thx, Dete

I found what I was looking for on Microsofts Site. I used the "shellexecute=whatever.htm" command, which works for Win2k and "open= start whatever.htm" for Win95/98. Thx again for the help, Dete

As far as I know the autorun is very similar to an autoexec.bat file...it seems that is possible to write something similar to execute a program as soon as the user inserts the cd...
