phoenix bios

I finally got past the password and now on boot up it says
040
131 diskette drive o failure
042 invalid ISA configuration information
press escape
when I press escape it says 002 no boot device avaliable\
I can get to the Phoenix bios but can't change anything
can anyone help????????????
