Have you got Frontpage 2000?
In the toolbar, it tells you hwo long it will take on each connection! It`s in the bottom right hand corner, click on it and you can choose different speeds........
Not sure about Frontpage Express though!

don't know about a proggie to do that, but whats wrong with doing it the old fashion way, (not using dial-up), just grab a calculator and do the maths. I would calculate for 33.6k-42k rather than 56k as this is more likely the connection speeds people will get on 56k modems. Also i think there was a webpage around somewhere which will check your html for errors etc.. and also the average page load times, can't remember where tho, sorry.
p.s. remember modem speeds are in kilobits not bytes when working it out.

You can use www.websitegarage.com (http://www.websitegarage.com) to check out how long the average load time is for your webpage.
I know Paint Shop Pro 7 (http://www.jasc.com/) will allow you to preview your images in your favorite web browser(s) and it will tell you how long it will take to load that graphic at all the different speeds.

Why not buy a modem and check it out for yourself. I would think this is the best solution, because then you would now how anyone using a 56k modem would feel waiting for your site to load. And for an ISP you can use netzero or some other ISP that is free.
