Change the password for the Administrator account after removing any strange accounts. Simple.

Are you connected to 'net via cable? Disconnect to disable remote access by an outside agent. Get a virus scan boot disk/CD and check your pc for virii, trojans, worms. If someone is manipulating you remotely, you got real problems.

Like Bipolar says, first make sure you still have access to adminster the Administrator account, and can change the Administrator password. Do this by booting into safe mode while disconnected, so if someone is remotely accessing your pc they will be disconnected and can't detect your changes. Change the Admin password, delete all other accounts. Do a thorough search for any strange programs you did not install and remove them; run your antivirus software, keep the virus definitions up-to-date, yada, yada.
Disable file and printer sharing unless you have a home network of two or more pcs, if so there are other schemes to allow you to share but not use TCP/IP, but instaed use NetBUI. Reboot, and you should be okay.

I couldn't do anything before ! someone was controlling my pc now i'm on another hardrive in the same computer , Like you said to do I went into administration and either shut all users except myself down deleted them all then i tried to post a message here and they keep ffff with my wording i had the firewall up but i don't have an anti virus software for XP yet ,i was using norton but that was only good untill i updated then i installed the free AVG software for XP , I finally fdisk that xp and now i'm trying to install again , but it's telling me i need a (something to uncompress it) any help please Thanks
