Wow! Unbelieavable! ...and I was contemplating the purchase of an Adaptec 29160 controller.

Luckily, SCSI technologies happen to last longer in their "versions" than do other technologies.

It appears that Adaptec 29160N has already dropped in price. I paid close to $400 USD for my SCSI adapter, I hear it goes for a bit under $200 now.
