I was wondering if anyone out there was using any of the free DSL services out there.

I want to join in, but I hear all of them have some pretty strict penalties or fees.

Winfire (http://www.winfire.com) has four plans. Third from the bottom is one that costs $19.95/mo., has no ad banner, connects at 384KB/s and knocks $100 off of the regular $199 for the modem. They all require 13mo. commitment.
