It appears that KingMax has a slight compatibility and stability problems. Such as refusing to boot, system hangs, spontaneous reboots undr slight loads, etc... Sounds like a NO NO for me...

As for Winbond, I think they have a reputation for system health monitoring sensors, I haven't heard anything special about them on RAM issues.
