Here lately when I've rebooted I've been getting the following error: Microsoft Networking error
When Attempting to load protocol 0 error 254. Any ideas? I'm stumped. Anything anyone can think of that might be helpful for me to add?

You didn't mention the Windows version. They vary quite a bit, networking-wise.

I would refresh all networking components by clearing them, rebooting and reinstalling them.

Good point. Win98SE. Done tried that. That was my first thought. Am running AOL and have a nic that is crossed over to my Laptop.

I don't have a clue how to configure AOL for ICS. It's hard enough without proprietary dialers like AOL installs. I would try re-running the AOL setup on the client and specifying LAN as the connection.
