No POST - Power cycles on and off

Just got a Soltek SL-75DRV5.

Installed everything and turned on the power. The HD and CD lights flashed, as did the RAM power LED, and the fans were on.

The problem is the power then just keeps cycling on and off. The lights blinking and the fans going on and off. I have never even gotten to POST.

I removed all HD, CD, video card, etc. and tried again. Same thing.

I reseated the CPU (AMD Athlon 1800+) and RAM, same thing.

I rechecked all the jumpers and dip switches.

I switched power supplies, same thing.

I cleared the CMOS. Same thing.

Any suggestions (besides bad motherboard)?

did you try taking out the mobo,, and then replacing.. maybe a screw or something got stuck under neath inadvertantly.. I don't know,, juust a guess...
