Our office is running NT4 Server with workstations on 98SE and Me. We are currently looking at setting up some sort of intra-office email system, and what I am looking for is suggestions on the best bet. Most of the staff is using Outlook as a time management program as well (if that matters). Thanks for any help...

Take a look here. (http://www.xmailserver.org/)

I won't tell you that! :p
Server applications are rarely Plug and Play. Hey...how are you going to be the super-tech that you want to be paid as if you don't get down and dirty? Any girlie can install Office on a PC. This separates the "men from the boys".
All SMTP servers are high-maintenance. At least with XMail, you have support similar to what you have here with their built-in community. Fire it up and play with it. You don't have to go "live" until you're ready.
