Wireless link to TV as monitor/DVD player

Hi All

I have been looking at using the Shuttle SV24 (very good write ups) as living room computer.

I have found some users have set it up with a wireless keyboard.

What I am looking for as alternative is a wireless link for the video. Does such a product exist (no luck so far finding one!!) that will at the TV end link into the TV in or Svideo or scart sockets.

My reason is the room arrangement I have currently means I need to keep the computer at the end of the room opposite from the TV mainly because of the telephone point, do not want to have to use a DECT modem as well.


Any pointers to the above would be most welcome, NB I am in the UK so ideally looking for UK suppliers.

well I know radio shack has a video transmitter, But you would need a vid card with T.V. out. Besides that it should work good:D
I'd have to check how much, but it should be under $100 U.S. Dollars

I would welcome any details you might be able to find as to make and model number etc. So that I can try to see if there is an equiavlent UK sourced product.

I am currently using a 2.4 gig wireless tranciever to send sound and video (DVD's) from my computer room to my TV in a room 20 ft away. I use a ATI allinwonder Radeon with Tvio. Great picture!!

I dont have the name orr model with me , but I bought it on x-10.com. About $100.00 U.S. I think.

Might be a starting place for you.
