We need the spec's for your computer. How many IDE devices do you have right now?

Get yourself an extra IDE controller card and hook the HD up to that. Otherwise you're maxed out on IDE devices.

If you're lucky you can get one of the new 120gb Maxtor D540X drives that still come with a ATA/133 controller card.

you can use a controller card, or get an external usb or firewire drive also
if you truly have two cdrom drives rather than dvd, cdr, cdrw, etc, dump one of the cdroms

All the suggestions are about right. If you already have four devices. Then an add in controller card is about your only option other than SCSI.
With a dual channel SCSI card you can go up to 30 devices. But it runs into a lot of $$$.
