Ok here is what I have. The computer was on and going good. Then things started to get a little slow when going to some sites. I left the room the screen was blank and the keyboard would not respond. The mouse was still lit up though.

I thought it was asleep I hit the power button to turn it off and then turned it back on. Now it just has a long beep and goes off. the beep last for like a second. and stops for maybe 3 seconds then beeps again. I counted to like 10 before I said screw it and turned it off. This is the latest release of this MSI nForce board. It only has 1 extra card that was installed it is a modem.

Thanks for any tips hints tricks or help.

I would find the beep codes for the bios your running to see what the beep code is telling you.

Sounds like a memory problem. Try reseating the stick, move to another slot, or replacing it with a known good one.
If you get it to run again, be sure to run a memory test.

Ok I will try running that progie if I get it to boot up. I looked on MSI's site as well as the user manual and not luck on finding post codes for this **** thing. I guess MSI would like to explain the finer points of installing windows on a machine then tell you about there products.
