The machine BSODs all the time with the SB card in.
Anyone else have this prob? and how did you fix it?
If nobody else has had it, then it may just be my board or sc.

SearchSkillzzz --> BSOD = Blue Screen Of Death - nickname of the Windows error screen called that because it is blue and usually requires a reboot.
Nukes --> If your mobo has a Via Chipset then this is a known problem, check the version of Via 4 in 1 drivers you are using and upgrade if you need. Also you can do a search to find the solution. I will look and see if I can find the site I used to fix the problem when I had it.

Not VIA, SIS 735.
It has onboard sound but I disabled this in the BIOS.
I have never had a problem with this card on VIA mobos tho.
Searched around like mad for chipset drivers, only one availible is the AGP VxD driver. Installed that and nowt different happened.
Apart from when it has been dud RAM, this is the only time I have seen XP Pro Bluescreen. 98 just pops up with a fatal exception 0E or a GP error.
Ah, well. I'm off to flash the BIOS.
PS plz help, I can't plug my CD drives into the onboard souind 'cos it is about 2mm in front of AGP slot and blue orb gets in way.
here's a link to the drivers.

Did you check to see if you are having IRQ conflicts ? Try moving the card to another slot.
