At the full rated speed for OCZ Technology's PC2-6400 Enhanced Latency, both it and Corsair's TWIN2X-5400C4 were able to reach good 4-4-4-12 timings using 2.2v, even though the TWIN2X was significantly overclocked.

No noticeable performance difference is observed in DirectX benchmarks, even at OCZ's full rated speed and reduced timings.

Even at DDR2-800, neither product differentiates itself in OpenGL benchmarks.
