DDR2-667: Somewhere in the middle
The full rated speed for Corsair's TWIN2X-5400C4, both it and OCZ Technology's PC2-6400 Enhanced Latency were able to get great timings using OCZ's referenced 2.2v setting.
Corsair's ability to operate using 1T rather than 2T timings at DDR2-667 gives it the slightest lead in DirectX benchmarks, but nothing noteworthy. As a reminder, we believe its 1T capabilities are likely due to being positioned in slots 1 and 3, rather than 2 and 4.
No noticeable performance differences occurred in OpenGL benchmarks.
