Using SECC to Combine Features with a Low Price: SilverStone Kublai KL03 Review Selecting a high-end case can be a difficult proposition, as overall construction, features, platform support, cooling, and especially price, must all be taken into consideration. A pure aluminum design is preferable, but that can also come with a heavy case of "sticker shock". SilverStone may have the answer, as their Kublai Series looks to offer a high-end feature set, but uses SECC steel to help keep costs lower.
